As most know Saturdays tend to be absolutely crazy. I have very few dates left for the rest of the year including November and December.

As the summer swindle’s down holidays are vastly approaching. With that being said. Saturdays are VERY limited. As everyone knows. My daughter miss Charlee is very active in sports and her animals as everyone knows she loves her chickens. If anyone would like to book a holiday appointment now I will give a 5$ off discount for anyone who books an appointment for the months of October November an December. Saturdays involve soccer so I have very very few spots on Saturdays for the rest of the year.

Hey everyone!

Due to an increase in no call/no shows and last minute cancellations, I'm going to have to start enforcing the cancellation policy.

I've had the policy in place for a while, I've just very rarely enforced it.
From this point forward, I will be having to enforce it.
For those that may not be aware of it, the policy is as follows:

*Cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to the appointment time.

*Cancellations within the 24 hr window are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled services.

*No shows are also subject to a 50% fee.

*Repeated cancellations/no shows may result in prepayment being required or cancellation of all future appointments as well as removal from the client list.

*New clients that cancel within 24 hrs or no show are subject to immediate removal from the client list.

*I will always do my best to send out reminder texts, however not receiving a text or receiving a text within the 24 hrs does not exempt anyone from the cancellation policy.
