We currently feed and look after about a 100 Cyprus cats in total.

RIP Woerie 💔

We knew it wasnt going to be easy as someone took you away from your mommy too soon. We thought we could save you but this battle was bigger than you .... and us. We only had you for 4 days but you left a huge imprint in our lives.

This was after a good meal. He's eating better today and his tummy is settling. We can breathe a bit better as we were quite worried yesterday that he didn't want to eat and his tummy was running.

So this little one was removed from his mommy wayyyy too soon 😔 he's cold and shivers all the time and looking for his mommy by trying to cuddle up with our other cats. He's got bad diarrhea and he refuses to eat the special kitten food for his tummy. He cries most of the time too.....

This is what he needs...in a blanky, on my lap while I'm working. This is his happy place 💜With work and leaving home for long hours this little fella might be a hard case to juggle.....but we will try our best.

We found another dumped kitten at one of our colonies yesterday. He's just been checked by the vet - About 6 weeks old, we think it's a boy and no serious diseases. He is soooo tiny but we will do everything we can to keep him safe and healthy.

To the person who decided to dump this little kitten in the rubble at one of our colonies:

Even though the 2 humans that are looking after 120 cats are at breaking point, we managed to get him out the pile of rocks, brought him home, got him to eat and we will provide a safe haven for him in our home sanctuary. I know you don't care because it's not your problem anymore BUT please if you have a female cat that is not spayed, please fix her. Your problem CANNOT become someone else's every time she has kittens. Be a mature, responsible human being and do the right thing.

Hey lovelies. It's been a while since our last post. It's been crazy trying to balance our work and cat life hence the lack of social media postings. We're still going strong with both but I did want to pop in give a little update.

Moustaki's had an amazing healing journey. You might remember him when we found him in February after someone wrapped steel wire around him so tight that it cut open his entire abdomen. It's been a 4 month journey and his wounds are finally closed...and he's living his best life 💚

We also have a new addition to our house colony... she was dumped at one of our small feeding colonies in Paphos. She's probably around 10 -12 weeks old. Very cute, very domesticated.

Cat food prices have increased in the last few weeks and still struggling to find help with feeding our colonies. Also still praying that soon-soon we have the ability to buy a piece of land and build our own little cat sanctuary for our cats to take them off the streets and in a safe environment. Let's hope this dream comes true some day.

Remember Moustaki? We posted about him a few weeks ago when we found him with a metal wire wrapped around him so tight that it cut his entire stomach open. It has been just over 5 weeks now and his wound is healing nicely....a bit slower than expected but at least it's healing.

To the person who did this......I have sooo much to say to you but I will just let karma sort you out 🤬 But one thing is for sure, you have not broken his spirit, he is still loved and he is healing.

🐾HELP NEEDED🐾

We are looking for any volunteers that are cat lovers and might have some extra time on their hands to help us feed our colonies. In total we have 9 spots in Paphos that we feed every 2nd day.

We will provide the food and meds, we just need the bodies. The sizes of the colonies varies from 3 - 30 and if anyone can help us even with 1 spot it would greatly appreciated. 🙏🙏

If anyone is interested, feel free to message us and we can explain where all the spots are and we can see if we can find you the perfect spot to feed. If you know of anyone please tag them here.

It finally feels like summer is creeping into Cyprus. The weather was amazing today and even the cats at our colonies were more playful and felt happier.

The days have been so much colder than usual for this time of the year....brrrrrr. Looking fwd to warmer days ...for us and the cats.

The cats eat so much more when it's so cold. We can't wait to have our piece of land where we can get them all together....safe and warm 💜

Meet Moustaki. He's from one of our colonies and Mandy's favorite cat from all the colonies. We found him on Saturday with wire wrapped around him so tight that it was cutting into his stomach and he could barely move. It took Louis almost 20 minutes to remove this wire. How on earth did this happen?? We have no idea but it freaked us out.....we were just praying he will be ok. He's been to our vet and luckily no major organs were damaged. He gave him the necessary injections and meds and he is now at our home sanctuary for the next few weeks to heal up. Moustaki is the calmest most lovable boy you'll ever meet. Once he is healed up we would love to find him a forever home not to have to go back to the "wild". If anyone can find it in their hearts to give this beauty a forever home, pls get in touch. It won't be for a few weeks as he has a bit of a recovery period ahead of him. Hopefully it won't be long until he is his old self...send some healing love pls x
