✨️ I'm coaching here Good Friday the 29th while the arena cross country is still available ✨️

PM me for details and to book in 🐎

Only 10 more days to book the arena eventing course before we switch to show jumps in the arena for the summer as of the 2nd April. The course will be closed on Sunday 31st March & Monday 1st April to enable us to set up for the changeover.

The arena eventing fences and the working hunter course will then be moving to the grass field (as soon as the ground is dry enough!) We are aiming to open the cross country course by mid April which will also be available for hire, along with the adjustable xc fences and we will be putting out the working hunter course on grass as well.

Click here to book for the last few days of the arena eventing course on a surface: https://www.myridinglife.com/RemoteLocationEventList.aspx?SecretaryID=470045

Dressage pony? Or just the tack that fits him!

Riley has come so far, today I rode him properly for the first time since we moved yards and he was foot perfect 🐎

In the last 6 months with me he has adjusted to 'normal' life pretty well. He's started eating reall well (he used to not even eat a haynet over night and now polishes off 2 easily). He now only crib bites occasionally out of stress or feeling bored, he was crib biting with nearly every mouth of food in his stable.
He has even adjusted to being out in the rain, although he likes a bit of quiet stable time now winter is settling in.

Time for hacking/roadwork for this grown up boy and maybe a hair cut 💇‍♀️

Today I actually remembered to get my phone out whilst on my horse and also reminded my self to appreciate him where he is and not where I think he should be.

I often find myself not acknowledging the little wins for him that I would normally with other horses I train.

Our wins today, going through mud AND a small puddle and passing another horse he didn't know and totally holding it together 💪
