PUBERTY IN DOGS

DEALING WITH SKUNK OR BAD ODOUR IN DOGS

To remove skunk odour or any bad dog odour,
# Mix one quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide with 1/4 cup of baking soda and
# 1 teaspoon of mild liquid dish soap.
# Apply liberally to the coat, and then rinse thoroughly, and the stench will be long gone.

DEHYDRATION IN DOGS
Force-feeding water can help correct dehydration in a sick dog. Whenever a Dog reaches a state of true clinical dehydration, intravenous fluids are required. This is especially true for dehydration caused by vomiting or diarrhoea. Most fluids given orally to such dogs will pass right through their diseased digestive systems without being absorbed and could actually make the dehydration worse.
