The wonderful thing about having reindeer that have been handled from birth is you can touch and handle any part of their body and it doesn’t bother them one bit! And having a deep bond with them helps to like we do with our boys!

It’s been a while since I made a post! Tango and Cash will be a year old already next month! It almost feels like yesterday when we brought them home!
They are getting so big, have such wonderful personalities, and so full of love for us and each other! Everyday is such a blessing with them! With the days getting nicer, longer, and warmer we will be able to start getting them out for neighborhood walks again! Have a great spring everyone!

I’ve been checking on the boys often with the fireworks going off so close to the house and they are laying down in the barn which is good as that means they aren’t overly stressed!

The boys had their first trim today! Cash was more well behaved, but he’s our mellow one. Tango was much more feisty and not quit as cooperative, but he did good for the first time. They will get better as they get used to it! And our farrier is so patient and calm with them! Thank you Far North Farrier!
