My horses on the first day of winter when it's 60° in Oklahoma: "I live outside wild and free. Let me out of the stall!"
My horses in single digit wind chills today: "Is there a spare room in the house?"

✅ My old girls carrying Dollys Streaknbadger and Slick by Design babies with a feeder full of alfalfa and a winter coat for the cold snap
✅ Four dachshunds that don't want to go outside and one loyal fox that'll freeze to death to keep me in her sight - all safe sound and snuggled in tonight - along with spoiled horses that are nearly as resistant to going back outside as the weiners.
Horses, dogs, ducks and people are all ready for the artic blast to go back where it belongs!
Is it too early to be excited for 2026?
