Lovely Matilda (renamed Tilly) settling in to her wonderful new home with Billy and Pauline. We would like to wish them many happy years of pawesome fun together.

Lovely Cleo the German Shepherd is still seeking her furever family and we also have Denny the black cocker spaniel puppy.

DOGS AVAILABLE FOR REHOMING

We currently have the following dogs for rehoming :

CLEO - German Shepherd female featured a few posts down the page. In foster in Dundee at present.

DAN - 11 year old labrador, retired Gun dog currently in foster in Cumbria

MATILDA - Labradoodle x female puppy, currently in foster in South Lanarkshire

We also have Tara the cocker spaniel who came to us from the same home as Dan and who has since given birth to a litter of 6 cocker spaniel puppies. We will be rehoming the puppies at 8 weeks of age and then Tara will be available to rehome separately once she has been spayed.

Beautiful Cleo is still looking for her furever family. Please excuse my auto correct it keeps trying to say Chloe as this is my granddaughter's name!

Cleo is a 2 year old German Shepherd in foster with us in Dundee. She is a shorter haired GSD from predominantly German working lines and was surrendered to us as her owners could not cope with her energy demands. Cleo needs a lot of stimulation as well as walks. We have found playing hide and fetch games and scent work very useful so far. She excells when she has a task so anyone with previous GSD or working dog experience is welcome to apply.

Cleo is neutered ✅️
Up to date with worming & vaccinations ✅️
House trained ✅️
Crate trained ✅️
Travels well in the car ✅️
Has lived with a cat before ✅️
Has lived with children ✅️

Cleo can sometimes be a little leash reactive but we have been working on this with her and she's responding well to distraction techniques.

Because she is very bouncy and energetic we are looking for a home with no children or children over 10 years old.

Great news Blue (now renamed Bella) has a lovely new home now in Derby and we've had a Barnie update he is loving Island life with his new brother 🐾🐾❤️❤️
We rehome all over the UK so if you are able to offer a foster home, homechecking or a forever home to any of our dogs please get in touch.
Cleo is still looking and we have a gorgeous lab and cocker in foster still being assessed who will be posted on here as soon as they're available.

Athena and Betsy now have new homes. Thankyou to everyone who got in touch.
Aside from the dogs we have in foster currently being assessed, we have CLEO a German Shepherd female in foster in Dundee currently looking for a home and BLUE a gorgeous cockapoo x girl aged 10 weeks fully vaccinated in foster in Lanarkshire also ready for new adventures with a loving new family. ATHENA UPDATE
She now has a home!

This gorgeous 3 year old cocker spaniel lady has now completed her assessment in foster and recovered from her spay. She's ready to find a new sofa to call her very own. Athena and her sister came to us from a working gundog background and had never been indoors so it took a while for her to adjust to home life. She has accepted crate training perfectly and is the most well trained and behaved girl. However she does have several quirks and as a result of these she is looking for a special home with:

⛔️ No children under 16. Athena is wary of younger children and we do not feel she is suitable to be rehomed to a family environment.
⛔️ No other female dogs. This is due to her being kept with her sister who bullied her.
⛔️ No cats or other small pets living in the home ie rabbits etc

She does have many great qualities including

✅️ She is exceptionally well trained and will sit, stay and has great recall. She has been trained to a gundog whistle and responds well to this.
✅️ She loves a game of fetch or a kick around with a football.
✅️ Very loving and affectionate, willing to please
✅️ Crate trained and can be left for several hours per day as long as she is kept in a good routine and let out at regular intervals.
✅️ Can live with a male dog with no issues.

Ideally we are looking for an active couple or single person who enjoys long walks. Athena can live with a male dog but is not suitable to be rehomed with other females.

Urgent appeal for reliable, experienced home checkers can anyone help please? We rehome to all areas of Scotland so if your able to help please get in touch. Due to ill health and being let down we are again struggling for reliable volunteers to help with this. We do not expect our home checkers to work for free even though some offer, we always reimburse fuel costs. Please share this post if your unable to help. Thanks 😊 Amanda
