This Giving Tuesday, TaylerMade Rescue Needs You

In 2020, we started TaylerMade Rescue with one mission: to protect parrots in crisis. These intelligent, sensitive creatures often face mass rehoming due to their long lifespans and complex needs. We couldn’t stand by and watch them suffer.

We opened our pet supply store to give these birds a consistent, safe place to live while using sales from toys and treats to fund their care. Over time, our mission expanded. From medically challenged small animals to dogs with severe behavioral or breed-specific issues, we’ve stepped up to provide the expertise and love they need to thrive.

But we can’t do it alone.

The cost to provide adequate cages, nutritious food, stimulating toys, warmth, cleanliness, and one-on-one care for our animals averages $4,475 every month. This doesn’t include the emergencies, the heartbreaks, or the small victories that come with running a rescue.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re asking for your help. Here’s how you can make a difference:
• Donate: Every dollar goes directly to the care and rehabilitation of these animals.
• Volunteer: Your time could mean the world to a bird waiting for a home or a bird learning to trust again.
• Visit and Share: Stop by our store, meet our rescues, and tell their stories. Your voice helps them be seen and adopted.

Autumn, on the right, is our last available girl. she’s been practicing her training and received a great review from the vet during her second round of vaccines. She would make a fantastic service dog prospect as she is confident and gentle.

This is TONIGHT come out for a good cause and love on some puppies.

Please if you have been around sick animals we ask that you refrain from interacting with the puppies.

Please limit interactions with other animals prior to handling the puppies. We recommend a clean set of clothes prior to coming to ensure limited exposure to puppies. Shoes will be asked to be removed prior to entering the puppies area.
