Guess what we have in common? We’re both thriving because we had foster homes. As we approach our flight season we are again looking for homes that might help a dog on their journey to a new life. PUPDATE: Bella now Teagan is living an amazing life on Vancouver island, with her MUCH bigger 'sister' (Brooke the horse). She is making friends and is a welcome calm influence with other dogs. Her rural island life is her perfect match! Thank to Michele for giving her such a wonderful life, and to Jayme for rescuing and fostering this litter in PV.

Flora is looking for love!
Flora is in foster in rural Duncan and she has really come a long way in exploring her new world. She LOVES living with cats and a dog, and finds joy frolicking on the farm and in the Vancouver island trails. She is house trained, not a big barker and doesn't chew anything that isn't hers. Flora is a timid girl that likes to go slow with strangers and would like a simple life (though she has been good in the car and on road trips to other parts of Vancouver island). Once she's had time to get to know you, she enjoys a good solid cuddle. Flora's foster family will be travelling and so she is on a bit of a time crunch to find a home, and is open to foster options. Watching Flora run with joy makes us all happy and we'd love her to find her perfect home. Flora is a dog that isn't an urban dweller - she'd like a quiet setting with some outdoor space of her own. Do we have anyone going from Vancouver to Kamloops either before September 2nd or after September 23, but before November 23rd that might be able to help transport some empty crates? Pupdate: big boy Leo has now lived in 3 countries and 2 continents. Leo was found on the streets alone as a very young pup. He was initially adopted to a home in North Vancouver but quickly they determimed that having kids was busy enough and they didnt really have time for a dog. Then Leo was adopted again where he lived for some years before the family found his reactivity a challenge. In comes his foster saviours Jack and Sigourney who gave him a very soft landing place back in North Vancouver.
They love him to bits! This year they decided to move to rural England to be closer to family. Leo is loving his country garden - he’s not so sure about those sheep but he is one very happy boy who is loved for all that he is. Thank you Sig and Jack for loving him and going through all that it was to take him with you to merry old England.
