Great ride from Digger and it was so nice to finally get a dry track for Darcy. It took a village to get him to Kempsey, big thankyou to Todd Howlett for taking him up and looking after him and Jeremy Sylvester for sorting out a strapper 🙏🏻 Especially big thankyou to his Owners/Aleacia for being so patient through terrible weather and racedays cancelled! It’s been a wild couple of weeks on the home front so a win yesterday was much needed 💕

Beautiful Romeo had his first jump today. He finished racing in January and had a nice spell before coming into work a couple of weeks ago. If he’s anything like his brother he will absolutely jump! He will be available in the coming weeks.

Unfortunately I have to make adult decisions and have been avoiding selling Charlie all these years but we just don’t have the room or time with all the racehorses and rehomers.
Charlie is a 13yo TB gelding by Choisir. He’s previously jumped up to 1m10-1m15 all around Nsw, he even attended a George Morris clinic. He has spent the last couple of years out on lease where he showjumped, xc schooled and even lived at Negs for awhile. He has been returned due to rider injury (not from Charlie!)
Charlie is ideally looking for someone who wants to do a bit of jumping (70-90cm) dressage and maybe the occasional ode at a low level. He’s a been there done that kinda guy who knows the drill. Easy to do everything with. You don’t need to be super experienced however you do need to be confident as he is a big boy (16.3hh?) and can be keen and a little strong jumping.
To the very very best of homes and I will be extremely picky. (No offence! But he deserves the most amazing forever home)

Married (Clyde) is a rising 7 TB gelding. Standing at 17.2hh he is a very big boy who looks more like a warm blood. Clyde last raced June 2022 where he sustained a tendon injury. He has since spelled and rehabbed and been recently scanned again to make sure everything was all good (recent vet report available to interested parties). Due to this injury he is best suited to a dressage home however he is ok to do low level jumping. Luckily he is absolutely divine to ride and has really taken to dressage! He recently had his first outing to Dungog Dressage and produced 2 lovely relaxed tests and tied to the truck alone (winning!) even as a racehorse he was exceptionally well behaved to ride and is surprisingly balanced for a big, green horse. Best suited to a competent home who is looking to produce him. Whilst he has been to a show he is still very uneducated and needs someone who understands producing one from the start. On the ground he will need a confidant handler, he is not mean or naughty however he is very large and can be impatient and a little worried when left completely on his own in the crossties. Anyone who has had fresh, green TB’s will have no problems with him but due to his size won’t suit a nervous handler. He will need a truck to transport him or a seriously large float! He has travelled on our float where we gave him 2 bays.
Anyone who comes and rides this boy will love him and he will only go to the most suitable of homes.

This girl's full brother SMART RECOGNITION is 2, nominated for the Scone Inglis 2 yr old race and came 2nd at his first start in metro company.
Born and raised at Twin Hills Stud, a farm which has a rich history of producing winners, this filly has the DT brand, made famous by champions such as multiple G1 winner TIE THE KNOT

Fun day at Equestrian in the Vines for the boys today! We took OTT’s Kamikaze kid and Siege Warfare and pretend racehorse Charlie. This was Charlie’s first show and he was his usual cool, calm and collected self. All 3 jumped a clear round each and picked up ribbons for their efforts!
We must say it was disappointing to see the vitriol on Facebook towards the running of today. Unfortunately the weather gods were not kind to the poor committee with a massive dumping of rain Saturday night. We can’t speak for ring 1, however ring 2 rode great. We had two extremely green horses and at no point felt unsafe or that it was the wrong call to run the day. I think in less than ideal conditions it’s best we make our own call for our horses but there is absolutely no need to throw around words like dangerous or irresponsible when you are only looking at photos. We cannot wait for the next one and this venue is only going to improve with time. Thankyou so much to Crowne Plaza and the hard working committee for running the weekend in very trying conditions.

It was the day for the chestnuts today! Kamikaze Kid winning at Port Mac with Mikayla Weir on board (who has ridden 5/5 winners for our little team now!) So exciting and deserving for this little horse who tries his heart out 🐎 congratulations to all his connections who have been so patient. 5 first time owners had their first win today 🥇There will be lots of champagne drunk for sure!
A little closer to home retrainers Siege Warfare and Magic Choir had a dressage outing with Siege cracking 70% to come home with a win and a 2nd in his 2 tests and Choir not far behind with a 3rd and a 4th.
