Firstly, just wanted to say a massive Thank You for all the support, lovely orders and kind reviews/messages we received over 2022! We really appreciate every single one of them. 💙

Secondly, we are still here 😅 We are a bit delayed in opening the shop again due to sickness over Xmas/New Year, increase in Fibromyalgia symptoms and now.... a foot injury 🤦‍♀️
Hopefully this heals quickly and we will be back open the start of next month! 🤞

We have lots of new bandana designs we have been working on and can't wait to share!

We tried to remain open as long as possible not to take orders but to respond to any messages personally. But due to the uncertainty of delivery companies, we have made the difficult decision to stop production and close our shop until the New Year or once the postal situation has improved and we can rely on the normal delivery times again.

We are still here to try answer any messages and will continue to try our best to keep everyone as up to date as possible.

We apologise to all whose order have still not made it. We put love and care into all our orders and it saddens us that they are in the system somewhere and not with you. We apologise again for the inconvenience this has caused. It is not our normal service, but sadly have been extremely let down by our national postal service

What should be a cheerful time of year, for us is now full of stress and anxiety, waiting for orders to arrive. 😖

With the past and the ongoing Royal Mail Strikes many orders are being delayed. After speaking to Royal Mail, they have notified us that it is currently taking 7-8 days for mail to just be accepted into a distribution centre. This does not include the processing time through the centre, travel time to the recipients centre, processing there and then the wait for delivery, this is purely for it just to get in our local centres door.

We completely understand the frustration and disappointment, we feel it too. We would love nothing more than for every order to arrive quickly, but unfortunately, it just is not happening. When orders have not arrived, we feel it personally. We are not
a faceless corporation; We are small, we hand make and put so much care and love into all our orders and it is such a shame that we are being let down by a delivery service.

Not just us but many small businesses are struggling at the moment. Please take this into consideration when leaving negative reviews or messages. This small thing can really affect any small business (and the people behind it), especially for something completely out of our control.

Please be kind, please be patient, we are trying our best.
We apologise for anyone waiting 💙
