It can power a water heater. (& has room for a dog wash tub) I changed my mind before I added those.

Room walls are removable with no damage to the floor. So you can move the walls wherever you want them.
Walls are full metal walls. Non destructible.
Flooring is non destructible G flooring. Easy to clean.
The building was fully insulated before the ceiling and walls were put up.
There are lights on each side of the building. Three flood lights & a porch light.
It will come with the deck (10x10) and chainlink on the deck which is set up with two dog runs with doggy doors!
It will also come with the metal underpinning to go all the way around it.
