I've been asked a lot about paw licking lately. Here are some great soaks to use after being outside. Also so paw licking is from mild anxiety.

It's been a busy and emotional past week. I've met some incredible families and have cried happy and sad tears. Savannah, and Olive are in the most amazing, loving guardian homes, where they are getting the attention they deserve and fitting in from day one.

Lucy is being spoiled and adjusting to her new fur siblings, if anyone is looking for a Maine C**n kitten I can send you in the right direction, and we hope to have an adorable Lucy baby come back to my program end of next year.

I'm still looking for the right guardian home for Quinn who is still a puppy.

Also our sweet Lilly is looking for a home as an only dog, to be spoiled and live as the Queen of her castle. She does adore Zane and might accept a new male, as long as he let's her rule the kingdom and grooms her 😂

One sweet retired mama is also on the look out for a quiet couch, loves kids she's just selective of her fur company so I prefer there is none, or maybe a male.

There was more interest in Avery than we even knew.

He left for his furever home yesterday and it wasn't where we planned at all.

His bag is still by the door with his favorite pink bunny toy and everything he needed for his new home.

God gained the sweetest, happiest and bestest boy yesterday. Avery left us unexpectedly and with no warning at all. He was playing and happy just minutes before.

He was loved, we were his family and he never spent a minute of his life alone. He was always smiling, loved everyone and was loved by everyone who ever met him.

Our family is really struggling right now, I will not be returning messages until sometime next week.

With a heavy heart and needing answers I took our sweet boy to MSU for a necropsy to get answers. His ashes will come home and sit beside my other baby taken from earth too soon, my son Landon.

No wonder Avery is still here, his pawrents didn't even know they were looking for him, until his picture popped up on Facebook yesterday.

Avery is now known as Walter and gets picked up tomorrow ❤️ and his new residence is on the lake 😍 it was definitely meant to be. He is going to be so loved.

Oh and he'll get to have play dates with his mama Bea ❤️ my heart is so full 😁

Have you been on the fence about adding a new puppy with all the summer festivities going on?

I'm here to tell you that you need Avery in your life, he wants to go and be wherever you are, he'll be the life of the party for about an hour then calmly snuggle on your lap. He's only got one more set of shots until he's ready to mingle around other dogs and in public places.

He's just a smoochy marshmallow 😍 so happy all the time.

Willow, formally known as Pina Colada, moved out today. She's off to her furever home, to go on many adventures with her new family.

I'm so excited when our pups get to join families with other pups born here, and even more excited when I get to see my older babies too ❤️

Jennifer is Family, every since her first time here, when she fell in love with Violet, she then moved to Virginia and came back to adopt Gracie and now to pick up Willow, her new baby.

Scout has left to join his new family ❤️ he's going to be a very loved, and spoiled little boy. I can't wait for updates, he's going to be a pup with a purpose, as he'll be trained as a therapy dog, which makes my heart so happy.
