My name is Jaycee and I have a love and a passion for rescuing and training horses, especially mustangs! I primarily focus on liberty, obstacle work, and mustang gentling; and work with horses to build a relationship built on trust and clear communication.

I took some photos with Canyon before he went home this weekend 🏜️

Canyon made a lot of progress while he was here, I am so proud of how far he has come. He is such a sweet horse and I am looking forward to seeing what he does in the future. I am grateful I got to be a part of his journey 🤎

Canyon Update 🏜️

This sweet guy is making progress slowly but surely! It definitely takes him a while to become confident with new things but he is making great progress!

He can now be brushed and groomed all over, fly sprayed, willingly haltered and led, and I can pick up his front feet. He also learned how to send out, yeild his hindquarters, leave the roundpen, and we started doing some desensitizing. He can now be turned out in the arena now as well, and has met some new people and done great!

Canyon has such a cute personality, he is such a cuddle bug, he loves his scratches and his timothy pellets haha! He is starting to figure out domestic life isn't so bad!
