Been a bit quiet the last few weeks as I haven’t been well and got the flu!

But fantastic news just in… Bluestone Miss Magic (aka Gucci) is staying with us on a permanent loan basis.
Over the moon and thrilled as she is such a genuine, kind and lovely mare and she has captured our hearts from the start.

Big thanks to Maureen Webb for suggesting this agreement to us… you’re awesome 🙂

Hard to think that Xantia was as small as she once was in the first pics compared to the last, taken today.

Xantia has definitely grown!!

I’m 5’6” and she now covers half of my body in height.
Did an old fashioned measuring technique to try and figure out her height, and we are potentially looking at approx 15.1hh when she has matured.

Gucci is def a good mum with good milk! ❤️❤️

Our queen Ionian Xtacy aka Kai
(Jason of Shermandell x Monnington Veriation)

Now a retired 25 year old matriarch looking after her herd but in her hay day she was a madam.

Not the easiest of horses, but the good ones aren’t supposed to be.
Many a times her halo has fallen, but there have been far more moments where she has stolen ours and everyone’s else’s hearts.
She has turned her hoof to most things and has shown just how versatile the Morgan horse really is.

She is such a people person and is the most kindest mare.. the kind of temperament where you would have no issues leaving a child with her and know that the child would be well looked after when you returned.

The beautiful PJB Lucille aka Lucy

We have had the privilege of owning Lucy for nearly 2 years, and my what a sweet little angel she is.

She has been out with the herd to grow and develop, and wow has she blossomed into a beautiful swan.
She loves herd life, but also loves cuddles and kisses from us at any opportunity that she gets.

She has the typical sweet and loving nature of a Morgan horse and is always one of the first to come and see you.

She is expecting her first foal in 2025 (sire: BZH Heol Valonia) and we are excited to see what this cross produces.
If nothing else it will have the personality, temperament and charm to die for considering both of its parents natures ❤️

The beautiful Gucci (Blustone Miss Magic, owned by Maureen Webb) and her gorgeous little foal Xantia (sire: Mossrose Triumphant, owned by Rosita Hamar) who is 8 weeks old today.
Xantia will officially be known as CMUK Southern Sunrise, (papers pending).

Such beautiful ladies with the typical natures and temperaments of the Morgan breed.
Xantia has already surpassed the height of our previously home bred foal in 2021 so we think she’s going to be a good size and a unit 🥰

We are incredibly honoured and lucky to have Gucci staying on for another breeding year with us at CMUK Morgans.
We are so grateful to Maureen for this opportunity ❤️
