Hi all - after my follow up appointment with the doctor, I was put on a steroid for a week and have to restart physical therapy upon completion of the medication.

The good news is, I was cleared for light duty and will be starting visits back up tomorrow!

However, this means the changes I made to my services back in November remain in effect.

All regular walks will remain yard visits. If the yard isn’t an option, walks will be shortened and limited to potty breaks with the remainder of the visit spent doing indoor play.

I anticipate this to be the new norm for the next few weeks while I continue to recover and get the “all clear” from my physical therapist.

This wasn’t the ideal outcome I was hoping for, but I am so thankful and appreciative for all of your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Good Morning!

As most, if not all of you know, I have been dealing with ongoing ankle and foot pain for quite sometime now.
I just went to give an update regarding the next few weeks.

I went to the doctor yesterday for a follow up regarding the results of my MRIs on Monday, and it showed multiple tears and inflammation in my tendons and ligaments in both feet. With that being said, my injuries will heal themselves by staying off my feet and limiting all physical activity for the next 2-3 weeks.

I WILL be attending to scheduled visits for the remainder of this week, through Friday, December 20.

For those who require walks, they will remain shortened for potty breaks.

I will be closed from Monday, December 23 through Monday, January 6th for injury leave. I have a follow up appointment with my doctor that following Tuesday.

I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for understanding. I hope to fully heal my injuries and be back to regularly scheduled walks soon.

Thank you all for your well wishes, I do appreciate it ❤️🐾

As some of you may know, back in August, I sprained my ankles. I’ve been in physical therapy for 2 months, seeing little to no progress and in pain every single day.

Today, I went to see an orthopedic specialist, where we took more in depth X-rays which showed damage to the tendons and ligaments in my ankles. My doctor has informed me that the only treatments is to rest and to limit physical activity.

While that isn’t an option for me, I do have to focus on getting better, so I can provide the best service for your pups. As a result, I will be making some changes to my current services. This will allow me to continue providing care to your pets while allowing myself the very important time to heal.

As of Monday, November 26, all regular walking services will be yard visits. If there is no access to a yard, walks will be shortened to potty breaks only, with the remainder of the time including indoor play.

I anticipate this schedule for the next two weeks, with an update to be provided upon revisiting my specialist. I will continue to adjust services until I get the “all clear” from my doctor.

I always have your pups best interest in mind, but right now, I have to direct a little of that attention towards myself as I adjust to this new obstacle. I thank you in advance for your understanding.
