I have been walking Apple for a year now , and the change from the day I met her has been wonderful .
In this video, the dogs across the road were playing and making some noise. A year ago , I’d have had to walk in the opposite direction , but now we can quietly walk past barking dogs calmly and happily .
It is so important to realise your dogs first signs of stress or anxiety that could lead to a reaction so you are able to help and guide them.

It can be a great way to help teach your dog to settle in busy/new environments, or even asking them to go onto their bed at night.
Not only is the command helpful, it can be fun too! You can get you dog to place on a bench in the park , on a log for a photo , the list goes on!
