Hello All,
We were just contacted by a friend looking for help with this sweet kitty.
What we were told is that the cat was left behind when their owner moved away. They were found with no food and water and were very stressed. The kitty is safe with the finder in Ogden but this isn’t a permanent solution. We will back you if you are able to foster. I will post more information as it becomes available. Please let us know if you or anyone you know would be interested in becoming a foster.
Anyone looking for a purry cuddle bug or two??
Oliver and Elliot are both available for adoption and/or fostering! Or a foster to adopt situation!
The foster family they are currently with is no longer able to foster them, through no fault of their own, and we need to find them a new home ASAP.
They were born around dogs so have experience with them, though they haven’t been around dogs for many months. They are great with children!
If they are not right for your family, please share this post within your circles, on and offline. We know the perfect family/families are out there! We need your help to find them!

Carbon loves her catnip carrot! She’s such a sweet girl. If you are looking for a lap cat who will be your little snuggle buddy, she’s your girl! She loves her cat tower and snuggling with you when you’re working or lounging. And apparently, she loves cat nip!!
She was an owner surrender and can be a bit shy and unsure of new situations at first, so helping her feel loved and safe will be most important!
She is available for adoption, so help us spread the word to find this girl the perfect forever home! Please contact us if interested!
This beautiful girl, Carbon, is such a snuggle bug! She’ll be the best lap cat you ever had! She does take a bit to settle in and get used to her new surroundings, but once she does, she’s such a lovey girl!
She would do best in a quieter home as she can be somewhat shy. She can be with other respectful cats with proper introductions. She has lived with dogs before, though we’re not sure how she’d handle it now.
She is current on vaccinations, is spayed and microchipped and she is ready to find her forever home! If you are interested in adoption her, or in a meet and greet, please let us know!

Oliver and Elliot! These two twins are so cute together! Both little purr machines, and super snuggly, when they want to be. Both are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and available for adoption! Complete an application here:

Here’s another cat hug! This is sweet little Atticus who is one of our foster kitties! He is so sweet and a purr machine! Also he’s quite the vocal boy and loves to talk. And he sounds so grown up! He is available for adoption on, along with his brothers Oliver and Elliot. If interested, send us a message!
This handsome boy has been hanging around for a couple weeks….not sure where he came from.
Fosters needed! If you are interested, please let us know! If not. Please share so we can find some fosters!
Names needed for these precious little babies…
Send me any suggestions you have.
Foster home still needed! Please let me know if you’d be interested!
This cute baby has been outside for the past week off and on. Oscar has gotten into fights with him (or her.) he is very hungry. Friendly and sweet. Don’t know where he came from. But he seems to be saying “I’m excuse me, can you please give me some food? Can you help me?”
He was out there again tonight and of course, Oscar was freaking out so I decided to see if I could get him, and it was as easy as I was hoping Oscar’s catch would have been! Buuuttttt…..
We’re a new, small rescue and I have no idea what to do now! I brought him into my bathroom, and I’ll keep him in there tonight and then will take him to the shelter tomorrow.
By law, animals have to go to the shelter for a five day stray hold. They will scan him for a microchip and if no one comes to claim him, he will be put up for adoption. At least hopefully! I don’t like thinking of the alternative.
And of course, my Molly is hissing and freaking out on the other side of the door! And when she gets stressed, she starts lashing out at my other cat who is already nervous and anxiety ridden! This is gonna be a LONG night.
I’ll keep you posted!
Well…..we attempted to get Oscar to the vet this morning, but he did not want to cooperate.
We had several plans and they all failed miserably. I’m going to have to rethink the strategy or do an old fashioned trapping.
I went back out at lunch to check on him and he was not having it. He did not want to forgive me for the rude, stressful awakening this morning.
BUT….we will not give up! We’ll keep trying u til we get him there!

This is my nightly routine through winter….take out a warm snuggle disc to Oscar every night. I just worry about him being cold. This may not be perfect, but it makes me feel a little better.
We have raised $403.44 towards his vet care and we are so grateful to all who have donated! We cannot express enough gratitude for your generosity. We need about $600. We’d love more to be a cushion in case something else comes up in his exam.
We know this is a hard time of year to donate, but if you could spare any amount to help him out, we’d greatly appreciate it! Ways to donate in the comments below.
Tomorrow, as people all over the world support important causes, we hope you’ll choose to donate to WinWin Animal Rescue.
Because we are a small, new, rescue, we are focusing on one animal at a time. Our focus right now is Oscar.
He’s a senior community cat who is in need of medical care. He desperately needs a dental check and teeth pulled, he has a growth on his side that needs to be looked at, and we want to do blood work to see if he’s otherwise healthy. And he needs a bath! I just hate the thought of him being alone, outside in the cold, and possibly sick.
I named him Oscar because his meow sounds so grouchy, but he is the sweetest cat you will ever meet! He just wants to be loved and snuggled.
Any amount donated will help us get him the care he needs. And if you can’t donate, please share this post so more people can see it!
Ways to donate:
* Donate through our website https://www.winwinrescue.org/donate via PayPal. PayPal does take about 5% fee from your donation.
* Donate via venmo to @Angela-Moore-79. Specify the donation is for Oscar.
* Donate directly to Goldenwest Credit Union. Tell them you’d like to make a donation deposit to WinWin Animal Rescue’s account.
Any amount you can donate will help us reach our goal!
