This is a short video showing how to use our products, especially the shampoos and conditioners.
Old school method involves wetting the dog first and applying neat shampoo, this method requires 2 shampoo and rinses as it doesn't get down to the skin as there is a water barrier.
Using our method ensures the product goes deep down.
Quantities and how many pre mixed bottles you use depends on the size of dog, length of coat and how dirty the hair is.
Generally a medium sized dog can be bathed easily in a litre of mixed shampoo and water.
30m to 60ml of product in a litre of water and then if needed add our conditioner to the mix and shake.
5ltr pumps out 30ml, the 1 litre bottles with pump , 10 pumps = 30ml.
We pop in a little extra for super hairy or dirty dogs.
Our large standard can be bathed easily with 2 bottles made up.
Remember to apply to a dry coat and massage as in the video because if you pre wet the dog then you're further diluting the shampoo.
Same applies to a hydro bath, best results as above, massage in and then use your bath pump to circulate rather than adding to the tub, you get a much cleaner dog.
