Farm updates: We now have fresh rabbit meat for sale! We use organic feed. Rabbit is one of the lowest allergen proteins available. It is a healthier and sweeter alternative to chicken. Message us for delivery or pickup! 🍽🥩🍲

We also have buckets of sunflowers and zinnias available that are perfect for taking home and arranging yourself! They are $20/bucket and have 30+ stems, that's over HALF OFF our usual stem price! Also for delivery or pickup. 🌼🌻🌸

Lastly we are pausing egg sales until our flock completes their molt. They will be back in just a few weeks. 🥚🥚🥚

It is garden season in Michigan and now through Memorial Day Weekend we will have containers for your plant pots & trays at the recycling drop-off center!

Please remove any dirt or non-plastic items, such as metal hangers, and place them in the bin with their corresponding resin number.

We've been keeping secrets! Earlier last year we acquired 2 Buck and 2 Doe- Silver Fox Rabbits. This breed was once king of the rabbits as a landrace breed and can even live in colonies. Stay tuned for what we have in store with our newest additions to the farm!

This is going to p**s off a lot of proud farmers but if you're a second, third or most often a "sixth generation" farmer I respect what you do but I'm impressed the least. All you did was something even babies and animals can do-mimicry. If you carried on something that was taught and literally handed to you-congrats, you earned your success with the least possible effort imaginable.
But if you're the first in you're family who has self-taught something, gotten decent at it, and taught the skills to other people outside of your immediate kin, you have earned my full respect- likely the respect of others. Keep putting in the honest effort, it's rare nowadays.

Do the right thing. Buy the nice eggs from the farmer lady. This is the way.

Topsoil was $17 per load (cubic yard) in 2020 and when it jumped up to $24 I remember rocking back on my heels.

Today that same topsoil will cost you almost $60 out the door. I could've cried if the cost of tissues wasn't up too...

To say working Americans are suffering is an understatement.

Good gods, please go hug your farmers and laborers y'all. Make a few wishes on our behalf. Most of all please, please be kind.
