Miss Pixie💗

This year, I have a few goals for Pixie! I would love to get more trick titles, Fit Dog titles, and Fetch titles with her! I also need to start working on supervised separations so she can pass her CGC. She is fine home alone, and even in separate rooms, but the separation part of the CGC test was tricky for her!

We have also been incorporating and I am hoping to build her engagement and off leash reliability around prey! She does fantastic with prey on walks, but struggles when they ‘surprise’ her in fields and trails.

As always, we are continuing to work on her ability to self regulate and relax in new and public places. She does fantastic when given cues, but I would love to help her reach a place of calm all on her own!

🌟2025 GOALS🌟

1️⃣Earn 5 AKC Titles- I am planning on earning more Fit Dog titles, Trick Titles, and Fetch titles! I would also love to try out FastCat again🐕

2️⃣Finish Dog Trainer Course- I finished my Canine Enrichment Tech course last year, and next on my list is to finish my dog trainer certification!💪🏻

3️⃣Visit 1 New Park a Month- I love exploring new places with the pups, and I was gifted some amazing travel & hiking journals for Christmas!

4️⃣Teach a Group Class- I would love to assist or teach a basic manners group class, focusing on manners and AKC CGC skills!

5️⃣Visit 3 National Parks- In 2024 we visited 2 National Parks, and . This year I would like to do one better and visit three!

6️⃣Reach 5,000 followers- Carrying this goal into 2025! In 2024 we grew our relationships with some amazing brands. In 2025, I want to focus on improving my content quality and growing my audience!😊

We’re back!!!

We were absent for a bit- but for good reason! We traveled to Indiana to celebrate Christmas with family.

The dogs were on their best behavior! Even with all the visitors, staying in hotels, and being in a new place they rocked it!💪🏻

As always- we traveled with I love the individual packaging, and it stays completely frozen with some ice in a cooler!

Happy Monday💚

We have been absent for a week, life has been busy with holiday activities, and the creative juices haven’t been flowing.

We are leaving for Indiana this week, and will be stopping in some fun places along the way!👀

A moment for Pixie❤️

This little lady has been blowing me away lately! Relaxing and staying under threshold in moments that would usually cause her over excitement, transitioning beautifully into using a car kennel, and even being relaxed in the crate in the house. (she hasn’t been crated in 2+ years)

I have a feeling year 3 is going to be a big one for her!

Next thing to tackle: prey drive 🐿️ Please send any and all tips!

This is 3!!!🎉🎉

Pixie unexpectedly came into our life when we stumbled into a local rescue, and she has been nothing but unexpected since!

She loves her people, playing, being outside, and doing new things. She is such a spunky girl, bringing fun and laughter to every situation.

We celebrated the day with a new toy, snuggles, walks, and Everyday is special with the pups, but birthdays are just that much more important🫶🏻

I have a busy week coming up- full of taking care of clients pups, brand deals, and time with friends and family.💚

Fun fact: Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday so this week is the best🙌🏻

💡Do you ever have your dog do things that make them uncomfortable?

While on our morning walk this week, my husband asked me, ‘why do you make Pax do hydrotherapy if he doesn’t like it?’ I thought that was a great question!

Pax tolerates hydrotherapy. He gets into the treadmill on his own and takes treats, but he definitely doesn’t enjoy it. I continue to do it with him because I know it’s good for his long term health and wellness.

This morning I took Pixie on our walk even though it was raining, which isn’t her favorite. She still happily gets ready for her walk, but she walks a little quicker and doesn’t stop and sniff as much. I continue to bring her because I know walks are important for her mental health.

Happy dog mom Monday!🌊

Pax and Pixie have been absolutely LOVING the beach! Pixie has been crushing her recall at the beach, even recalling off of seagulls and other dogs.🙌🏻

Pax… he has a new obsession with eating seashells and crabs. 🦀 I just ordered a new clicker/whistle combo from to have dedicated recall sessions with him at the beach.

Last weekend we visited and had a blast!

We rate the whole experience a 10/10🙌🏻

The ✨vibes✨ were immaculate, the food was delicious, and the dog friendliness was OUT of this world!!🤩

It was super busy inside so we sat outside. They brought our food out to us- I enjoyed waffles with Nutella and strawberries, and the pups enjoyed their rice, veggies, and beef!🥩

We will 100% be back in the future!

Beach bum🌊

Since we’ve been in NJ the dogs have been absolutely loving visiting dog beach and exploring the nearby, dog friendly .

The biggest issue I have found is finding new, fun toys for the beach! Pixie has currently been loving this frisbee from , and the kick ball- but I would love to give her more options.

Sorry for the inactivity- since moving to NJ we have been super busy! Between dog walking, training, and travel I have had trouble getting back into the swing of content creation.

My goal for this week is to find a way to weave content creation back into my routine in a way that feels that attainable!
