What's new on the farm?

These are Carosello Leccese cucumbers, an Italian heirloom variety known for their sweetness and mild cucumber flavor. They have small seeds and are very meaty perfect for snacks and salads.

Keep your farmers and other outside workers in your thoughts and prayers this week! We gotta get it done so we can bring you the best!

Here are pictures of how we keep tomatoes from getting blossom drop due to the elevated temps.

We use 30% shade cloth draped over the plants. We increase water and fertility adding effective microbes in a foliar spray to give the plants a little extra help with the heat stress. No guarantee unless we do nothing and that's a guaranteed crop failure!
