Arena looks great today! Grass is still a little wet so please use caution.
CONCESSIONS will have limited selection today. We will only be selling the remaining inventory until it's gone. Weather feels amazing right now but will likely get cooler after dark. Might want to bring a jacket just in case. Can't wait to see everyone soon.

NOMINATIONS ARE OPEN - 2025 Board Members Needed!!!
***You can message in nominees or add to list at the November show***

The Duties of the President
A. Shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the association
B. Shall see that all by-laws, rules & regulations of the association are enforced
C. He/She will sign checks in conjunction with the treasurer

The Duties of the Vice-President
A. Shall have the powers & perform the duties of the President in the President's absence
B. Shall serve as Arena Director Assistant at all shows and help watch patterns.

The Duties of the Secretary
A. Shall keep minutes of all meetings or appoint another member in his/her Absence
B. Shall be the custodian for all the safekeeping of all documents & records of the association
C. Shall arrange for the publication of a monthly newsletter/website
D. Shall keep all points updated and posted for point shows.
E. Will be the announcer or make sure someone is willing to do that job.
F. Shall work with treasurer on the funds available at year end and be
G. responsible for ordering and presenting awards.

The Duties of the Treasure
A. Collect all membership fees and money due to the association
B. Be able to give an itemized statement at monthly meetings or to officers and directors upon request
C. Prepare paybacks
D. Be custodian of all financial records

The Duties of the Arena Directors)
A. Make sure the Arena is ready for contestants - ground wet, barrels set up etc... for all events.
B. Drag Arena for all events when needed.
C. Make sure the alley way is clear and the gate is opened and closed for contestants.
D. Be responsible for safe keeping of the club timers, poles, & Tape Measures.
E. Be responsible for safe keeping of Sponsor Banners, hanging as well as removal

Thank you all for your patience. Points are updated.
November 16th show details will post later today.
Also 2025 Board Positions are OPEN for nominations, they can be messaged in or written in at the show. Anyone considering a position is encouraged to come help at the November show to see what the different job responsibilities include. Without board member volunteers we would not be able to have these great monthly shows. Please consider volunteering.

September Points & Current Year to date standing are below. If your name is highlighted you have already qualified for End of Year Awards. If it is not, you have not attended the required 5 shows. Our October show is Double Points which means it also counts as 2 shows. And then we will have our last regular points show of this year in November. So it is possible for members to still add 3 more shows. Good luck & we hope to see everyone soon. Details on October show & Costume Contest will be posted shortly.

Hi everyone. I apologize for the delay. Points for Beginner Horse had to be updated. A non member had been given points by mistake in June. So all months have been updated now. Below are the corrected sheets for June & August. September points will be in the next post. Any questions feel free to contact us.

Exhibitions start today at 2pm. Timed Events start at 4. Concessions will be open.
Some Important reminders: Dress code, NO Drugs or Alcohol allowed, & disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Let's enjoy this beautiful day and our equine partners. See y'all soon.

Updated Points!!! If anyone finds any other issues or has questions please let me know. Computer formula had Open standing order incorrect, had not added everyone's August points. I do apologize. Congratulations to Maddie Cannon our August Jackpot winner with a 15.957. We look forward to seeing everyone on September 21. Time & additional information coming soon.
Also if you name is highlighted in Green. That means that you and the horse next to your name have qualified for end of year prizes. If it is not, you still have a couple months to participate.
***Member & Horse team must attend half of the shows to qualify for End of Year Prizes***

We are halfway through the 2024 season. It is very important that everyone check their points. We have had many people sign up in incorrect divisions. Also if you have to sub a horse , it needs to be written on your form or it is assumed that you are starting a new Rider & Horse Team (Points can not be combined with a new Rider & Horse Team).
