I have 2 Cat Mate flaps in stock. One with a Timer Exit Control, the other with a 4 way rotary k**b only.
The Timer flap stops your cat going out at busy rush hour periods or at night.
The 4 way has the following manual functions - In/Out, Out only, In only, Fully Locked
Neither of these flaps are microchip sensing flaps. Any cat can use them
The timer flap supplied and fitted into a door ( not glass ) is £110 fitted. The 4way £100 fitted.

Unfortunately, Double Glazing cannot be cut. If you have a 'half n half' door, we can replace the bottom glass with a white upvc panel. You keep the glass, which can always go back in at a later date. This costs around £260, including the new panel and microchip catflap.

Wall Fits are difficult at the moment due to a shortage of tunnel sections. Those that have tunnels are selling them on Ebay at around £11 each. You need 5 tunnels for the average wall fit. Afraid wall fits are now £330 for an 11" thick cavity wall IN OUR POSTCODE AREA

Not sure about cutting a hole in your Composite Door. Fit only in postcodes DE11 to DE15 inc and LE65 for £70. Other postcodes will attract mileage.
