So on Nov 15 the judge didn't do as asked didn't up hold my rigths and allowed pixies and Charmaine EVEN More Time to file their defense...she gave them 10 working days...doing the maths that ment they had til the 2nd of dec...today the 13 the I get sent the copy of the lies they filed...I'm beganing to see why ppl say our system is floored...lying c**t get away with stealing ppl s pets and our system backs them up

So YET AGAIN Charmaine and her bunch of theving cohorts are trying to lie their way out ...you will have seen the videos they show the documents been served.
I rechecked with the courts re process for service and they said I had done it correctly including the affidavits I did after I served them..these ppl are nothing but scum bag lairs and thieves.
And thanks to the pixies real fact page more of their lies and bu****it is coming to ligth.

From paws 4 life..who have some of pixies cats...Enough is enough. It's time to talk.

On September 19 we got a phone call asking if we could help with a situation developing at Pixie's Animal Rescue in Auckland. Rumours had been circulating for some time and we had plenty of concerns of our own so saying no wasn't an option. All we needed to know was how many cats needed somewhere to go, and when we should expect them.

Over the next few days we managed to find and renovate more quarantine spaces and the first group of cats arrived on September 21.

We weren't quite sure what to expect. Thankfully, our vet team was there to help unload. The cats stunk and many were urine stained. Disease was rampant. The vast majority had respiratory infections, there were obvious ringworm lesions on some, a damaged eye, and others with ear infections. That's just what was evident with a cursory glance over each cat as they were unloaded. Several of them we recognised from adoption posts on Pixie's social media.

The cats were assessed, started on treatment regimes, and some of the sickest were euthanised.

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind of activity. Some it has been heart breaking, especially as we have managed to track individual cat's histories and see how long they've been suffering. Cats like Lucas. We tracked Lucas back to April when he was part of a group of 44 cats transferred to Pixies from Murupara. We found footage of him cuddled up in a cane basket, complete with his damaged eye. The same eye that we had removed on September 28.

Pixies claims to (on a yearly basis) "care for 380+ dogs, cats, and other animals who have been let down by those who are supposed to love, protect and care for them" (pixies.org.nz). These cats would beg to differ.

None of what we have seen to date has been in any way acceptable. These cats arrived to us with illnesses that were the result of over crowding and poor hygiene practises. Many of them had not received the basic veterinary care that they deserved, and that Pixies was legally obligated to provide. Records are so subpar or incorrect that it is simply unbelievable.

Rescues are meant to be a safe haven. At the very least, they are legally obligated to adhere to minimum welfare standards. Pixies hasn't done this. Animals have suffered and will continue to suffer as long as their doors are open. This album will introduce you to a few of these animals. It's depressing, but we're hopeful the tone of it will change as we get cats healthy enough for adoption and are able to update it. These animals deserved better.

More lies from her today... Good day,

I don’t know what this means. To date, Miss Ganet still have not served me at my domicile address.

The confirmations messages was that of some kind of paperwork Ms Ganet shoved to a volunteer, which had no CIV or court stamp on.

When we attended the court proceedings, the honourable judge told her to serve both parties correctly. I still have not personally been served with these new documents????

I am still as confused as ever.

I, Charmaine Wolmarans, of 385 Bawden Road, Dairy Flat, Auckland am writing this email to record the fact that I have received a Notice of Further Case Management Conference dated 29 June 2021 with a Case Number CIV-2021-044-000345 and Case Name Genet v Wolmarans. (see attachment A).



I previously emailed the Auckland District Court on 21 June 2021 (see attachment B) to advise that, despite receiving a Notice of Callover Date dated 2 June 2021 with a Case Number CIV-2021-044-000345 and Case Name Genet v Wolmarans (see attachment C), I had not been served with any Notice of Proceeding or other documents authenticated by the North Shore District Court.



Apparently, I am supposed to be a defendant so I really don’t understand why, as of today, I still have not been served with a Notice of Proceeding and supporting documents authenticated by the North Shore District Court. I am given to understand that I need to be served with such documents by personal service and, should such a notice be served on me, then I have the right to reply to such a notice, but since no such notice has been served on me, I am not in a position to respond.



Given the circumstances, I am totally at a loss to understand why a date has been set to ask me to attend for ‘a further case management conference’. This is really confusing but I assume that it is inappropriate for such a date to be set and ask for it to be cancelled.
