When we began our quest for a new exotic cat several years ago we found this cattery and fell in love with the Desert Lynx! Unfortunately with only a litter or two a year they aren't producing enough kittens to continue the breed with the focus needed (new cats are critical to reduce inbreeding) and keep the traits that make them so marvelous going strong. So we are throwing our hat in the ring and hope to elevate this breed and resurrect it from being a "Highland Lynx with Straight ears" to the truly exotic and magnificent breed it is on its own merits. If you can get a kitten from this cattery, we recommend it!
