9 Lives Cat Rescue has volunteer openings for cleaning the cages at Petsmart in Oxford,MS. I am looking for volunteers that can commit to cleaning at Petsmart on a designated Weekday. You would have to scoop the litter boxes, clean and refill food/water bowls, and wipe down the cage walls.

It will take about 1 hrs of your time (or longer if you prefer to stay longer). You will be rewarded with lots of affection from the cats at petsmart.
If you are craving cats, this is the volunteer job for you. Volunteers under 16 have to be accompanied by an adult.
Let me know if you are interested. We need volunteers:

Monday afternoons
Tuesday mornings
Wednesday afternoons
Thursday afternoons
Friday mornings
Friday afternoons

Morning shifts are preferably before 10 am and afternoon shifts preferable after 4pm.

Kitty Boo wandered up to a kind animal lover’s home and decided she liked the indoor life—and now she’s looking for a forever family who will love her just the way she is.

This sleek, stunning black kitty loves people but isn’t a fan of being held. She’s okay with brief pick-ups but prefers affection on her terms. Over the last 6 months, she’s transformed from outdoor stray to indoor companion and now refuses to leave the house! She’s litterbox trained, great with other cats, and peacefully coexists with respectful dogs.

Kitty Boo needs a home where she can feel safe, loved, and never be forced back outside. Her current caretaker is hoping to find someone who will give her the gentle, patient love she deserves.
