At first glance, a puppies twitches can leave be confusing and leave you a bit nervous, but knowing the reality and benefits of what is happening in these little fluff balls minds, their twitches are actually very reassuring! At this stage of development, we do what we can do develop our puppies minds when they are awake, but a lot of their brain development is actually happening when they are asleep and dreaming. I would like to think that they are dreaming of growing up and finding love with their future families, but with their limited life experiences so far, they are probably dreaming snuggles with mom and feeding time!
