Taking a moment today to cherish the memory of my beautiful dogs Charlie and Violet and also all of the other dogs that I have come to know and love who are no longer here on earth with us. I found this passage on Instagram and it sums up exactly how I feel; a tangible feeling that all pet parents who have lost a beloved pet can relate to. From my own dogs, friends dogs, and all the dogs I have groomed that have felt like a part of my family, their presence has made such an impact on my life and it’s an immense privilege to take some time today to think about them and remember them. If you have a dog you would like to take some time to remember today I would love to see a picture and hear a little bit about them ❤️

This holiday season was powered by Starbucks, McDonald’s double cheeseburgers and my massage therapist. All jokes aside, this holiday season was powered in full by those who have continued to support me and my business throughout 2024. Friends within the industry and family who provided the means to be able to continue grooming with ease and efficiency, my partner who gave up her weekends to come in and help, my incredible clients who have continued to trust me with their furry family members and have been so understanding through all the changes I’ve gone through this year. 2024 was a year of growth; trying things on, deciding they weren’t for me and then trying again. I have a dream of a salon that feels like home for everyone who enters it, dogs and owners alike. I know in my heart that 2025 is the year this will come to fruition and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without all of you. For all that I have accomplished in 2024, for all that is yet to come in 2025, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t wait to see what this journey has in store for us ❤️
