We're here already, pick day is tomorrow!
The puppies had their vet exams and passed with flying colors, they received their first shots and passed their f***l test. Now we just wait to see where they'll end up moving to, and they'll start heading home in just over a week.

TIP 3 - I turn off the Mozart after they are in deep sleep and let the sound of the house take over. I do this because I want them to wake up to what will be their
"normal". They really do fall asleep fast, and this has worked well for us.

TIP #2 We play Mozart piano concertos to the pups when they are in their crates, and they each sleep with their own .

“Classical music is played multiple times a day for the specific purpose of reducing stress. Research into the effects of music on kenneled dogs in shelter environments found that classical music caused dogs to sleep more and to vocalize less.” (thebark.com).

Snuggle Puppies are cuddly toys with a heart beat inside, and can even heat up, they help relieve anxiety and help the transition with leaving their littermates.

The snuggle puppy goes home with the puppy and has the scent of their littermates and mama.

When planning for a new puppy sometimes it's hard to visualize sizes. Here is an example of an 18-inch crate and a 24-inch one. For our cavapoos who fall between 10-20lbs we recommend a 24 inch one if you are only wanting to buy one. This size usually is available with a divider, so you can make the interior smaller, for when they are little, and are the most versatile. You could get away with an 18 inch for smaller Cavapoos, but it won't give them a whole lot of room once they reach their adult size.
