Our kittens are up for adoption! We currently have Diana and Harry available for adoption, and the 3 youngest kittens will be ready in 10 weeks. In order to take care of these adorable kittens, we are still in need of wet and dry kitten food, as well as toys and scratching posts for their playtime. They will also need to visit the vet for their first round of vaccinations after they turn 8 weeks old in order to protect them from common illnesses such as calicivirus and feline leukemia. Dieses Kätzchen wurde vor 9 Monaten aus einer sehr gefährlichen Gegend gerettet ⚠️ und ich hatte festgestellt, dass es schwere Atemprobleme hat.

Leider durfte ich es nicht, an die dafür zuständige Tierärztin der Gemeinde, zum Sterilisieren und zur Behandlung bringen.

Nun hat die Katze 3 Junge geworfen und ihre Atemprobleme haben sich verschlimmert.

Die Katze muss dringendst von einem Tierarzt untersucht und behandelt werden.

Bitte helft mit Futterspenden für die Katzen oder Geldspenden für den Tierarzt für weitere 15 Katzen, welche erneut geimpft, entwurmt und gegen Flöhe und Zecken behandeln werden müssen.

Diana even loves to chase the dog's tail, to their dismay. They are potty trained and will let you know when it is time to eat. People do this to kittens and cats. Some sick people find it amusing to torture and kill animals. There has been no sign of my Poppy yet, and I am certain that someone has taken him. The only thing I don't know is for what reason. Sick people perform some horrendous rituals using black or white cats, and yes even here in Spain. Please let me know that Poppy has found a loving home and is doing well, whoever has taken him.

Vor zweieinhalb Monaten habe ich darum gebeten, zwei meiner jüngsten Katzen in meiner Kolonie sterilisieren zu lassen. Man teilte mir mit, dass sie sich nur auf die Sterilisation weiblicher Katzen konzentrierten. Außerdem wurde mir gesagt, dass rote Katzen immer männlich sind. Ich war frustriert, fühlte mich aber machtlos, etwas dagegen zu tun. Es stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass meine rote Katze, die ich Thore nannte, eigentlich eine weibliche Katze namens Dorothy ist, und sie brachte zu meiner großen Überraschung drei Kätzchen zur Welt.

Ich bin der Meinung, dass wir als Betreuer der Kolonie Katzen unabhängig von ihrem Geschlecht zur Sterilisation bringen können sollten, ohne um Erlaubnis bitten zu müssen und das Risiko einzugehen, dass sie abgelehnt wird.

Two and a half months ago, I requested to have two of my youngest cats in my colony sterilized. I was informed that they were only focusing on sterilizing female cats. I was also informed that red cats are always male. I was frustrated but felt powerless to do anything about it. However, it turns out that my red cat, whom I named Thore, is actually a female named Dorothy, and she gave birth to three kittens, much to my surprise.

I believe that as caretakers of the colony, we should be able to bring in cats for sterilization regardless of their gender, without having to ask for permission and risk being denied.
