A handful of Riverstone kids received their clearances today!
Linguine and Journey (Kampen x Malibu) passed eyes with flying colors.
Puddle passed her echocardiogram. 😁
We chose to do echocardiograms over GRCA’s recommendation of auscultation as it is the best way to find SAS if it is present. A dog can pass an auscultation, yet fail an echo. The extra couple hundred dollars is worth a peace of mind knowing I am setting future puppies up for their best chance at a long, healthy life. 💕

Last weekend, we had five, yes FIVE, Riverstone dogs at the OTCH’s UKC Conformation Show. To say I am proud of these dogs is an absolute understatement! All showed beautifully, and we had some great accomplishments made!
💙Auggie showed in a very competitive Champion class all weekend. Out of 4 shows, he was picked as reserve once and won the class twice! This means Auggie is only one leg away from his Grand Champion! Auggie has such a bright future, and we cannot wait to continue watching him grow and see how far he can go! The limit is endless!!
🩷Puddle did great things this weekend! She started the weekend in the Bred by Exhibitor class, where she won her class and Best Female twice, along with a Best of Winners once! With her wins on Saturday, she completed her UKC Champion!! We are so proud and excited that she accomplished this! Puddle moved up on Sunday to the Champion class, where she showed wonderfully, received compliments, but ultimately, was given no love by the judges in this very competitive class! Puddle is just getting started, and we can’t wait to see her continue her journey in conformation!
🩵Maui also came out this weekend, showing in Bred by Exhibitor class on Saturday and the Champion class on Sunday! Maui was able to complete his UKC CH on Saturday, with two class wins, two Best Males and one Best of Winners! He then moved up to the Champion class, where he showed well, had some hard looks, and ultimately had a great learning opportunity, with no love from the judges!
❤️Linguine came out to play in the Puppy class on Sunday! He won his class both shows and also had a major breakthrough by earning reserve Best Male both shows! We are extremely proud of him for this on his first weekend out in UKC, especially with so many dogs entered!! We are eager to continue Linguine’s show career as he matures!
💜Journey also came out on Sunday and showed in the puppy class! She earned a class win in both shows, along with Best Female in both shows! While receiving no further love from the judges, Journey was able to have so much ring time, which ultimately helped build her confidence inside the ring! Both puppies have bright futures ahead of them!!
I couldn’t be more proud of the pups this past weekend! While they had a very competitive field, they all still were able to shine and received many judges compliments and so much love. We are already eagerly anticipating our next adventure with the pups and can’t wait to update you all soon!

Vader (Joker x Splash) has come back from hunt training and is preparing for the pretty pretty show dog life! He is learning the ropes and getting his coat back in shape with his handler Wayne Wilson. 💕 I’m loving his temperament and ability to fit in anywhere we throw him. 😊 Vader is co owned with Susan Boekholt and Chris Bass.

Surprise! Yesterday Malibu and Eric welcomed 8 little tots into the world. 🥰
Mama and babies are doing well.
Introductions to come when we’re able. Malibu bonds very heavily to her babies and it stresses her out to take them away, so we’re on her time. 💕

Where’s my puppy counters at?!
Malibu is getting closer and closer to her due date! Her temperature is gradually dropping, but I’m expecting her to keep us waiting until sometime next week.
I cannot wait to meet these Eric x Malibu babies. 🥰

Next up is all about Auggie!!
Auggie decided to play up in Bainbridge NY and decided to wow us all!
Thursday he went WD, BOW, and OHBOB for his first 2 points under judge Elizabeth Muthard.
Friday he went WD and OHBOB for another 2 points under judge Eric Liebes.
Saturday and Sunday he won his classes which finished up his Puppy of Achievement.
Thank you judges for finding our boy in a strong lineup and your kind words.
Thank you Holly for allowing Sport to help bring these amazing pups into the world. I hope we’re making you both proud.
And of course a huge thank you and congratulations to his co owner Steph for helping bring out his full potential.

Maui worked hard for his first ever AKC appearance.

Auggie showed off for his fans.

Vader tried a new game!
- 3 Qs in Rally Novice all with a 1st place finish
- New Rally Novice title!
Tequila and Malibu both earned their CCAs!
Linguine, Journey, and Puffin all had a blast playing in BPUP. They were all confident and did an amazing job in a line up of 15 puppies.
Thank you so much for everyone who made this weekend happen. Thank you judges for recognizing my kids. Thank you to these dogs’ amazing owners for all the love and time they put into them. 💕 I could not be more proud.

Have you noticed a new puppy being posted?
Meet Annie! She was bred by Ruff Life Golden Retrievers out of my co owned boy Tequila!
Annie is here for my Puppy Head Start program. For the next few weeks we are working on developing good potty habits, continuing crate training, going out for safe/proper socialization, learning some basic house manners, and of course lots of play time and cuddles!
With only one litter planned this year, I’ve opened up my schedule to allow for more lodge n learn pups. If you’re interested in chatting more about what I offer, feel free to shoot me a message. 🥰

Riverstone’s Changes The Tides
Eowyn is a Finn daughter and is being raised by the Williams family and her half brother Forrest! 💕 This special girl has some big plans in her future. She will get to go to duck camp with to work towards her SH as well as make an appearance in the breed ring. 😊

While I was traveling home from my vacation in Mexico, my Riverstone family were playing in UKC.
Auggie (Sport x Splash) won the CH class twice over 5 dogs all over the age of 2. This gave him his first two GCH legs!
Puddle (Joker x Splash) came to play for the first time and went WB all 4 shows. This puts her at 60points and 2 competition wins towards her CH.
Maui and Dream (Sport x Splash) also got to play! While they received no love from the judges, they learned a lot. You can see them improving each time they walked in the ring. Both kiddos only need a competition win each to finish their CH.
I’m so so proud of my kiddos. They’re all young and new to the game; had to learn how to contain themselves around two bi***es in standing heat and raging hormones, were handled by new people, and even had to show with no bait.

Get ready to ride the waves! Eric and Malibu have been bred and are expected to have these stunning babies make a big splash in July.
We are expecting a beautiful combination of balance, effortless movement, biddability, and good bird drive.
There is limited availability in this pairing, but we are accepting serious sport/show home inquiries.
Malibu’s first litter has produced stunning puppies who are succeeding in agility, field trials, and conformation.
Both parents have completed OFAs to GRCAs COEs.

Beach day! 💕
We’re in Southern NJ for a hunt test with Finner and decided to take a detour. 😁 Linguine, Maui, and Finn had a blast swimming, playing fetch, finding seashells, and digging holes.
Pictured are Linguine, Kampen x Malibu, and Maui, Sport x Splash. Finn was there too, but he’s too ball obsessed and played fetch the whole time. 😂

Linguine had a blast last night supporting DJK Racing. This confident man showed how powerful foundations and genetics can be. He was environmental stable; could care less about all the noises of engines, power tools, generators, and air compressors. He was easy going; happy to say hi to visitors and chill out in the trailer while tethered. He showed no signs of separation anxiety and was able to entertain himself with his toys.
This special boy has such a bright future. I can’t wait to see what he accomplishes in his lifetime. 🥰

Kona and Maui went to an OFA clinic to get their first health clearance: eyes!

This past weekend a few of the Riverstone kids and I tested in HRC in Southern New Jersey.
I’m so proud of the work they did. Finn got his first two started passes. Puddle got her first started pass.

Puddle was professionally trained and handled to her AKC JH by our good friend Bass’ Southern Kennels/dog training LLC. I am simply bettering my handling and enjoying my dog by playing with her in HRC. 🥰

The nice part about having local Riverstone families is being able to watch them mature and have puppy play dates.
Linguine and Remy had a nice hour romp before the rain came. I even got to meet my first Appenzeller! He is a rare breed like Sika. 😊

Remy, formerly Farfalle, graduated from puppy kindergarten! Not only is he super handsome, but he’s got brains too. 🥰 Congratulations to Michelle and family! Thank you for giving this boy a great start to being a certified good boy. 💕
