Archie doesn’t spend his nights with us. He usually sleeps alone in the living room on the couch or in his kennel. I think he likes to be alone and I think he gets too hot with all 3 of us in the bed.

Pictured in the 3rd pic, when I wash our bedsheets, I put the blankets on the ground right after I take them off, before I put them in the washer. Archie instantly finds a spot on them until I take them. In the last pic, he was laying on a pile of stuffed animals. Maybe he wanted to sleep with us the whole time, he just got too hot.

So I decided to try out a bed. I got it and he instantly laid on it (after trying to bite it and play with it, of course). I put it by our bed, in front of the fan, and he hasn’t left it for about 2 hours! I feel so bad that he just needed a bed this whole time 😭

A start of our doggy shrine. Once I get all the pics hung up (and probably add more pics. I underestimated how big our wall is compared to the size & amount of pics I got), it will be so cute!

I ordered THE cutest pictures on Amazon. I am beginning our “dog shrine,” where the boys have some cute dog themed decorations & pictures of them, hung right above their food bowls. Kutter & Archie have no idea just how much we love them 🫶🏻

Someone had to get a bath over mom’s lunch, because he decided to roll around in the dirt when mom wasn’t looking 🤦🏻‍♀️ And he had the audacity to be mad at ME

Ignore my outfit… I was not intending on posting this video lol. If anyone didn’t get to see what Kutter looked like when visiting him at the shelter… this is pretty much it!! He loves to jump. I should definitely start including more jumping games for him. See how happy he got after I gave him the toy?

(Plus my sidekick, Archie, being a quiet observer like usual lol)

We had a good evening chasing each other around outside and getting a good brushing in. Now it’s time to relax and snuggle! Archie is on the floor on the other side of the couch sleeping away 🤍

Normally Kutter is all cuddles, but this morning he was all hugs. It was dark in the bedroom so the pics aren’t great, but he is sitting on his back two legs and has his two front legs on both of my shoulders 😅 and this was after snuggling all night. Such a lovey boy!!!

While dad and Kutter roughhouse, mom and Archie would much rather sit and watch 😅 (yes Archie’s paws are very furry, I forgot to schedule him a trim for it last time we were at the groomers 🫢)

The boys get very upset with mom when she doesn’t let them roughhouse after eating their dinners, resulting in the dramatic puppy dog eyes.

Kutter is… weird. Archie wants him to play so bad but he’s just always so sketched out to play. Archie will steal Kutter’s toys and show Kutter that he wants him to steal them back, he just won’t do it. We always try to encourage him to play, and sometimes he gets confident enough to do so. But other times he just makes Archie do all the heavy lifting lol.
