I’m temporarily closing my grooming shop I’ve been put off work due to having 5 deteriorating discs in my back so until I’m cleared to groom again I can’t take any more appointments….sorry

Good morning I appreciate all my clients and for understanding that I am very booked. When I offer an appointment and you don’t confirm but make a reply but don’t say your coming then show up and I can’t take you in because you didn’t confirm that you was coming and then proceed to tell me I’m rude because of it and stomp out I’m sorry it’s not my fault . I will not tolerate that kind of behaviour here and you will not get rebooked again .
