Here’s a late-for-meeting excuse that will definitely get you labeled as a crazy cat guy: “well you see my cat Zulu and I were on our morning walk around the apartment when he saw a squirrel, so he chased the squirrel up to the top of a palm tree, but instead of coming back down zulu jumped from the palm tree onto the roof of the apartment’s gym where he meowed at the squirrel for the next half hour. I had to get everything on video obviously, so it took me a while to get him down.”
