Doing a chilly morning “stay” exercise! ❄️ For Caitlin and Tom sitting isn’t the most important thing. We want the dogs to stay in place, relax into whatever position they’re in, enjoy themselves and activate their parasympathetic nervous system. Bentley chose to sit today but he usually doesn’t. Sasha isn’t a fan of sitting either especially on ground she finds uncomfortable. There was something the dogs were smelling in the fields earlier. Sasha caught another whiff and turned around. I did guide her back around after the clip ended but she’s free to stand for the duration. We kept this one short so we keep our bodies moving and stay warm!

We are launching a podcast!!! 🎉 “Sasha Told Me About You” aims to demystify the ever-evolving world of dog care via casual conversations. Camp Counselor Caitlin will host a special guest each episode. We are focusing on individual experiences to highlight the nuance that is often lacking in conversations surrounding dogs. We are aiming to launch 🚀 in April to coincide with our 3rd year anniversary!

We are currently in the planning stage so any topics you’d like covered, questions you may have or guests you’d like us to have on please let us know. 🎙️
