River is a very active kitty, who loves both play and snuggle time. Just like Simon, she will be assertive about getting pets, and if you are writing on a keyboard, she will insist on making very original contributions to your work - until you start petting her. She loves asking for chin scratches whenever you walk by. She is extremely loving and will frequently come to you looking for affection and active play. She loves to play fetch, especially with fuzzy balls and natural chew toys. She would do well with another kitten of moderate energy level and assertiveness to play with. She gets on very well with her littermates, especially Simon and Kaylee.
River must either be adopted with a littermate, or go to a home with another active kitty that she can play with. She is not being fostered with a dog, but she may be able to be adopted to a home with a calm pup, with proper introductions. She'd also likely do just fine with respectful kiddos.
