Ollie wasn't my biggest fan when he first met me. He was scared and tried to bite me. At one point he was so upset he even accidentally bit his owner. This is us chilling after his 3rd visit from me! I'm so glad to be your friend Ollie! Thanks for trusting me and thanks to his pawrents for trusting me and the process!

The nails of the dog on the top are not touching the ground-this is the goal! The nails of the dog on the bottom are touching the ground *ouch!* Both these dogs got their nails cut as short as possible.
Upper dog is every 4-5 weeks for maintenance. Lower dog is still working on receding the quick so the visits are more frequent. We want to recede the quick faster than the nail grows. This is going to vary dog from dog. Some factors include: age, activity level, breed and living environment.

It took us 8 weeks to get that quick to recede enough to get the nails off the ground. Cookie & her mom put in the commitment & we put in the work!

To my valued clients:
The reminder that is sent out 2 days prior to your appointment is just that- a reminder. Please do not wait for it to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you know beforehand that you won't be able to make it work.
The more notice you give me, the more opportunity I have to fill that slot for someone else.
So what really happens when you cancel late?
-I lose out on that revenue.
-I have to find time as a busy mom of 2 young toddlers to communicate with my other clients to move their appointments.
-I end up sitting in my car for half an hour wishing I was home with my family instead.
-I'm rarely able to reschedule within the next couple weeks so that means your pet's quicks will get longer.
I value your time which is why I like to give appointments with a grace window versus a giant window of time like a utility company. Please help me to keep running my business this way.
I know life happens. And I will never fault anyone for that. I just ask that you take this in to consideration next time you need to reschedule.
There is already a policy in place for cancellations made under 48 hours. These will be subject to a $10 late cancellation fee to be paid prior to rebooking.
In addition, I am adding that if you cancel while I am on the way to your house or if you are not home when I arrive, then the full service fee will be due prior to rebooking.
