I care for a TNRd colony of about 50 junkyard cats

Actress Samantha Rose Baldwin was trying to get home in the Palisades fire to save her 10-year old cat. Traffic was at a standstill so she abandoned her car and ran for 15 minutes straight to get home.

She found her cat who was hiding, put her in a blanket, put her in a cat backpack and fled the house. At this point the route where she had left her car was on fire. So she ran for her life down to the ocean carrying her cat on her back and a roller bag.

She made it. She saved her cat.

Made and put out 4 houses in the woods in the area next to the junkyard. I put 2 there a week ago and they were being used so made and put 2 more there. The cats are all TNRd.

I put a halter and leash on former The Junkyard Catz Zach last night and took him out of his double long cage to explore and he had a ball! Zach has been fully vetted and is now ready to go to his furrever family. He is 3-4 months old per vet and had been neutered, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated (FVRCP & rabies), tested negative for FIV/ FeLV, and microchiped. He is a super loveable little ball of energy that loves to play with teaser toys. He's from a colony so he has no issues with other cats. He is able to be adopted through Purely Positive Pets Rescue, Inc. If your interested feel free to message them or I for an application.

Trapped the last 3 that need to be fixed from The Junkyard Catz colony yesterday. Puff Daddy and the 2 remaining kittens. Since Puff Daddy is a big boy I transferred him from a Trucatch LTD to a Trucatch fat cat when I got home.

Just took my foster from The Junkyard Catz colony to get tested and chipped. He's already been neutered and vaccinated. $64 to test and $33 to chip along with lab and medical waste disposal fees total $103. If anyone would like to donate. 😻😻😻
