Our Pork Ear Slices are usually a little bigger/thicker than this but this batch was cut a little skinnier! Each pack comes with about 8-10pcs!
These slices are perfect for smaller pups so you can ration their intake! If you’ve got a bigger pup we don’t recommend this week’s batch of slices because it can be a choking hazard, depending on their chewing style! We’d recommend the whole ear instead!
Always monitor your pets while chewing to avoid choking! If the chew gets too small, either hold it for them till it’s safe to swallow or take it away. You can always rehydrate in warm water for about 30-45m to soften and add it to their meal!
Pork Ears are a good source of collagen and protein, great for hip, joint, and skin health!

After all the meat and veggies are mixed together, we pack and weigh all the meat into individual servings! Here’s some clips of me packing batches from previous times just to show you the process since I forgot to get footage the day @honeyandpanko helped us! 🤣 We were rushing to squeeze in a park sesh before the sun went down!
Kuri gets about 5oz of food each day at dinner time and Panko eats 2lbs each day split into lunch and dinner! And in case you’re wondering, Kuri weighs 15lbs, Panko weighs 50lbs!

Our pork bites consists of:
💚Sweet Potato: known for its ability to tonify qi, blood, and yin. It also helps to eliminate toxins. Sweet potatoes are high in fiber and can help with digestive upset.
💛Kale: The energetics of kale is warming. It tonifies the blood, it’s filled with antioxidants, carotenoids, flavonoids, vitamin c, chlorophyll, etc. These can all help with their immunity, reduce inflammation, reduce risk of cancer, improve the retina, and help with environmental allergies as well.

Majority of dogs love Wild Anchovy! In fact it’s one of our best sellers! However, with some dogs it’s a total miss! 🤣
Personal story: Our dog @kuri.in.a.nutshell would turn his nose away to ALL seafood treats when he was a puppy! Our seafood journey has been on going ever since then! He now eats majority of seafoods but will still turn his nose to certain things!
After many attempts at getting him to eat seafood in general, feeding them frozen was the first gateway! 😝 He enjoyed salmon, salmon roe, rockfish and then we moved on to the oilier stronger smelling fish like sardines and mackerels. Not all at once but little by little over the years.
Kuri will now eat all our seafood treats except for anchovy heads… yes he will always leave them behind! 😝

Taste Test Tuesday: Pork Skin!
We got a super small batch of Pork Skin! They’ll be available tomorrow at noon PT! We only have about 7 bags! This was an item we were considering bringing back but decided not to, due to the amount of work it takes to trim the fat.
Even after trimming majority of the fat, it left us with an oily mess. We hand blotted each piece to get as much oil off as possible
We are always doing our best with quality control. Trying new things and revisiting old stuff. This is one of those things that won’t make the cut esp at a larger scale, but @kuri.in.a.nutshell says this small batch is approved! 🌟
Tomorrow will also be the last day that the AmbassadorPacks will be available! After that, they’ll be gone for good! 🥲
