This kit includes:
-Heavy, 16 gauge steel- hoops, wind braces, ground stakes, purlins (3 that stretch the full length of the building)
- 6 mil 4-year film
- Attachment hardware
-Every hoop has steel cross bracing
-Wiggle wire & channel included for film attachment for base and end walls
-Instructional video, written instructions, diagrams and our phone number for additional guidance if needed (yes, we will answer! J)
Not Included: Vertical end wall lumber and perimeter base lumber
-$200 Deposit required, balance due at pick up in Ozark, MO
-Averaging 5-7 days from deposit to pick up or ship out
-We can ship to any Estes or Saia terminal in the continental U.S. for $400 (California excluded)
-Pallet size: 8 ft long x 4 ft wide x 2 ft tall, approximately 750 lbs

-We have been manufacturing green houses and high tunnels for over 13 years and manufactured over 3,700 buildings. We only use steel that is manufactured in America and build all kits in-house.
-We can offer these prices for real steel buildings because we are a smaller family-owned and operated business.
-Most of our kits are in the northern states and hold up to the wind and snow extremely well. Fun fact: we had two 24’x96’ kits and a single 20’x60’ greenhouse that we manufactured and grew in for 8 years here in Missouri, where we survived the unpredictable Missouri wind and snow without problem!
