A good collar is a great way to ensure your dog’s safety! It is important to have an appropriately fitting collar, here is how to check:

1. Adjust the collar for a comfortable, yet snug fit around your pet’s neck.

2. You should be able to get one finger under the collar for cats, two
fingers for dogs.

3. Check to make sure it’s not so loose that it can slip over the pet’s head.

Sometimes Smitty gets too excited and gets a little jumpy – so a family who can help him harness that puppy energy would be great! His foster family says “Smitty is awesome! He is a mix of loving and crazy dude. He is great with people and kids. He loves my resident dog, he just wants to play and play all day!”
