What a show we had at the Royal Welsh this year! We took 7 sheep and they all did us proud, in classes up to 41 entries! 5 of our sheep were in the top placings, which is incredible for our second year at the biggest show in the country. All the blood, sweat and tears, this success makes it all so worth while, and I am so proud of our sheep. Thanks to Louise and Eilidh for helping me show them. I could have not done it without you . Next stop Carlise society show and sale on the 2nd August . 😃😃😃

Happy to have secured this super ram lamb from the Coose livestock Dutch spotted online sale jointly with the Waterside flock. Coose Hitman topped the sale last night at £5.600. This lad offers some fresh new blood for the uk ! Looking forward to seeing how he breeds in 2025 .

Our first show of the season today at Shropshire County Show was a great success with 2 lambs and a shearling . First up was How Caple Huckleberry coming 2nd in his ram lamb class then Shearling ewe How Caple Grasshopper winning her class and then followed How Caple Hope winning her class and becoming reserve female champion ! So happy with them all . Big thank you to my friend Dan jones for coming and helping me and to Kate Gunn who always trims our sheep to perfection and to all the people who support us ! And last but not least thank you to our judge today Jonathen Corbett .

Lovely autumn morning in Herefordshire and great to now think that nearly all our ewes are in lamb for 2024 . Very excited to see what we get next year from 8 different tups with our our super flock of 45 pedigree ewes . 😀😀😀
