Sugar Cone is now more than a year old. She is so beautiful and loving. She is now part of Horse Dreams Farm but did you know there are four other yearlings available to go to their forever homes?

Reach out if you have room in your heart or farm for a member of the herd.

Happy Cora Update!

She is now at her forever home in New Jersey! She has filled out and is thriving now that she is getting constant love and has new equine friends.

Now I just need to find the perfect home for her brother Jupiter!

Grace is a fighter and has gained 25 pounds. She STILL has colitis and we still have not gotten her to shed all the encysted red worms. But, she keeps trying to find a way to break the rules and eat grass🤣

This pretty girl (Quarter Pony x Saddlebred) is ready for her own person. Prancer is currently 11 months old and is not able to be registered. She is a fancy high step mover with delicate features. Smart and playful.

We would love to find someone local to home her that is interested in bringing up their own equine baby and willing to give us updates or interested in boarding her with us so we can give support in training her.

It does not matter to us that she is grade. Only the best home/person will be considered. Reach out if you would like to meet her!

Theo update!

Theo was the first horse homed from the herd in the fall of 2022. He was approximately 6 months old and his dam was Reva.

Look at him now! Learning to have a saddle on his back. He looks gorgeous. Thank you Emily Yowell for giving him such a great home!

I’ve had some messages about Grace and just wanted to update everyone.

Each day is different. But she still can’t consume any grass or hay. She gets fed soaked beet pulp, grain or hay pellets every four hours.

She has developed a diffuse skin infection.

She has life in her eyes and her slipper foot has finally been hacked off - pictures to come.

She is better than she was two weeks ago - but still not well.

The overall consensus is that a poor immune system caused by neglect has landed us here. Grace is only 5-6 years old. She is fighting and we are fighting for her.

Thanks to her vet Chris Robertson and Sarah Schumann for all your efforts.

And thanks to Teresa Aylor for your tireless love and care

Herd supporters please send positive energy, thoughts, and prayers to Grace and her owners Teresa and Carol. Grace has been suffering from colitis. Dr. Robertson is doing everything he can but she is very sick and any love that can be sent for this kind and beautiful horse and her owners is much appreciated.

I got to visit Eclipse today! She was one of the first horses to get homed as a weanling last winter (Dam was Cinderella). I don’t think she remembered me but boy does she look fabulous! All legs! Janelle Wilks Huffman has done an amazing job getting weight on her and building her confidence.

Had a great afternoon working with the herd horses. Spent a big chunk of time with Rosie and her baby Maple . Rosie was completely willing to let me trim her front feet a bit, tack her up and hop on. I think she is a hidden gem in the herd🥰

Eclipse was the filly out of Cinderella that was on the ground nearky 18 months ago. She was such a skittish and skinny baby! Look at her now! Training for her first in hand obstacle competition! Janelle has done such an amazing job getting her healthy and confident.

Good morning from these pretty girls😊

Three of last year’s fillies getting weaned so they can move on to the next phase of life.

Maple in the middle and Mocha on the right will be loooking for new pastures once they have learned the basics.

What a day for Reva and her person Hannah! Reva has made so much progress from the kicking and dangerous lunatic she was wheb I first met her.

hannah practiced picking out her feet, leading her to the mounting block and leaning over her.

My daughter Autumn is a fearless guineau pig and confirmed that Reva definitely knows what a rider is. Great things are coming for Hannah and Reva ❤️
