One year old Charlie needs a home. He is probably the smartest Wheaten we have met. He is a tall boy. Charlie is being fostered in Ohio. He needs a very active household, where he will get several long walks a day, and a 6 foot fenced in yard. He is a counter surfer. He can get possisive with food. I would not recomnend young kids, he would take advantage stealing their food. Being an only dog would be the best. If you meet the above please email me at [email protected]

We are still looking for transport and 2 over night for Alfie. He is getting to STL on Monday July 27 from there he needs to get to Chicago so I can pick him up on my drive back from WI Wed July 29 in the morning. Who can help with the 4-1/2 hour transport (2 to 3 drivers) myourich i few people offered to help, please let me know if it is transport of overnight

Meet 1 year old Charlie in Ohio, he is a larger boy, will probably be 55 pounds at least.

My emergency foster is unable to take the young male that Im picking up tomorrow, due to kennel cough in her home.

Im getting him tomorrow and will keep him for the weekend. I would like the foster to be close to the Cleveland Ohio area with terrier experience. THE ONLY THING I KNOW ABOUT HIM IS THAT HE IS GOOD WITH KIDS AND OTHER DOGS [email protected]. fenced in yard a plus

MAX is still available location is OH/IN border, 2 years old boy, UTD on shots and neutered. His foster has a Toy Fox Terrier that he plays with. At times he can get dominate with the little one. VERY SMART BOY. Foster has been working with him on "marking", and he is doing great.

Meet Stella from WI! She is 4 years old, UTD on shots and spayed. She lives with another female Wheaten, and they have their monents where they do not get along, not sure what the trigger is. For that reason she NEEDS TO BE AN ONLY DOG. Rescue will still need to get her blood work and urine done. PLEASE ONLY COMMENT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

Meet LULU! A former mill momma. She is 4 years old great with kids, even sleeps with them at night! Her foster states she gets along with the other dog in the home. She needs someone that is home more. She needs work on housebreaking. Consider adopting LuLu. She is UTD on shots, and spayed. She is ready for the summer with her new "do". PSA: besides doing rescue we have been trying to educate the general public on Club Breeds vs Mills/ Backyard Breeders.

Club breeders do all the health testing and research on pedigrees. They also socialize their puppies and work with them everyday. It takes alot of work, this is why they do not have litter after litter, just so you can a puppy when you want one.

Mill/Back Yard Breeders. NO HEALTH TESTING, the moms are in horrible shape when we get them, tend to have aggression, toward other dogs along with food and toy aggression. They always breed them at every heat cycle SO YOU CAN HAVE A PUPPY WHEN YOU WANT ONE.

I can not begin to count how many dogs we can not take in because of the above. Same stories from owners, different names.

People spend time on the computer researching cars diswashers etc, why are they not researching where their new family member is coming from?
