Well It's officially 2025 🎉
I'm back to work tomorrow and ready to take them bookings 🐾
Hope you have all enjoyed the festivities and
Would like to take the opportunity to fill you in on a few changes that will be implemented this year to ensure the smooth running and longevity of my little but ever growing business 😁

As we come into that new financial year and them ever increasing prices groomwerkz has always strived were possible to remain affordable and competitive. With this in mind we are happy to say that if you are on a regular advised/agreed schedule we are not raising our prices at this time👏
However if you are outside of this, the groom price will be based on time served, coat condition and matting fees may apply.

Basic guideline for increases:

If your usual groom (4-8 weeks) costs £37 outside of schedule starting costs would now be from £45 due to the increase in time required to complete the groom.

Matting fees: as always this is only applied when required and starts from £10

If you feel that any of above may affect you and you have any questions or concerns then please get in touch, we are always happy to help ❤️

We have also been experiencing high volumes of messages/calls during none working hours and although I try my hardest to be available, I do need my down time so that when in work I am all refreshed and 💯 focused to give your beloved pooches all my attention 😍

So moving forward all booking related messages/calls will only be taken between the hours of 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri, sat 9am - 2pm
Any unanswered messages/calls will be returned to on the next working day.

We hope you are all enjoying the new year so far, thank you for your continued support and look forward to pampering the pooches.

***Important information***

So now that Christmas is out of the way i am trying to catch up on bookings. As many of you may have heard me say when leaving during your December appointments ' yeah I will sort it out and message you' 🙈
Now that time has come and my brain is fried I am overwhelmed 😂
If I haven't already contacted you regarding your Jan/Feb appointment then could you please drop me a message so I can get you booked in. I am only human and most of December I haven't been able to remember my own name 😂🤣

I have put below a list of January's Availability👇 to help with this but please please please I cannot stress this enough, if you see a gap offered that you believed was yours then make contact as I have recently had a diary/puppy pad situation 🙈😂😁
