All of our pet tags are handmade and may contain small imperfections and variations with each design. Our best effort is made to ensure each tag is made to the best quality!

Our tags are durable however they are not indestructible and are not designed to be chewed or treated roughly.

Processing time is currently 3 - 5 days. This may change due to demand. Orders will be shipped weekly on Saturday mornings.
Once shipped, orders may take 5 - 7 business days to arrive. *Please note there may be delays during the current Covid climate.
