Momma Sunshine is delivered 10 healthy puppies today. She is a wonderful momma now safe with her foster. We are in dire need of puppy supplies and food for momma. If you can spare a few dollars to help us support Sunshine, we would appreciate it. Potty pads, canned food, are very low.

This big Rottie gentleman is such a great walker! He is availalable for adoption but will take a very special adopter who can give him some time to trust. He is sweet and gentle but very afraid of some people. When you’re in his trusted circle, his wiggles and smiles pay you back a thousand fold for taking your time with him ❤️

Sunshine and Coconut are the names of the two babies flown in by Wayne Wickland from the Rio Grande Valley last night. Sunshine is fitting for momma, because she lights up every room she is in. Coconut is the puppy because she is a funny, confident, and joyful little girl. Somehow Coconut fits her :)

Today, Bunny's puppies are 1 week old! Time flies -- we started the Puppy Culture program at day 3. Trixie, Peter, Jessica and Thumper are thriving. Mom is taking great care of them! We need some help! We have a sweet, young, friendly momma dog that was dumped coming our way. We stepped up to give her a safe place to have her pups so she doesn't have to go to a shelter. A pilot has donated his time and plane and will be transporting her to us ASAP. We need some help for medical expenses and supplies. We rescued Bunny on Easter with Raising The Bar Animal Rescue and Wiggle Butt Academy. We spent the last two weeks building trust. Because she trusts us, we have been able to share the miracle of the birth of her babies without a stressful experience for her. As I write this, she rests peacefully beside me while her babies nurse. I am in awe of her grace and beauty.

We wouldn’t have been able to do this without the special help of Earl Markel - Earl has worked tirelessly to help us care for all of the recent rescues we have saved from the code red list at the Fort Worth shelter. Thank you Earl.

We will miss you Atarah ❤️

Last night, we unexpectedly lost a very special girl. Atarah was a beautiful soul. She earned her Canine Good Citizen and Advanced Canine Good Citizen titles with us. She went on to become a Certified Therapy Dog with her loving guardian. Atarah gave love and comfort to all her met her. We know she is doing the same in Heaven for all the pups waiting to see their beloved humans once more! We wish we could have shared more years on earth with you, sweet girl. We will miss you.
