Sorry for the lack of posts. However, I do have some exciting updates!

All of my tricolor hog noses have officially hatched. Now the fun part of getting them to take food must commence, and I'm hopeful *SOME* of these guys can come with us to the Bloomington Show me reptile show. I expect some to spill over into Davenport's April show as well.

I will not be doing holds. I most likely will not be putting them on MorphMarket unless interest is low. I will only sell same-sex pairs, as all 11 of these little ones are full-blooded siblings.

Guess who just got a dream animal for this year's black Friday? Pictures to come when she's physically in my hands (might be a week or so once holiday cools down.)

I've been terrible at uploading animals on morph market, but they few I do have have been marked at a 25-30% discount. Other balls are available for discount too, i just need to stop being lazy! lol. Feel free to ask us what we have!

We're going to start giving these out with our babies, taking huge inspiration from animals we've got from Garters Dunn Right and Reach Out reptiles.

The back side is just going to feature a picture of one of the babies from that year, for this test one I used my good man Friday from the previous year.

Sorry for not sharing these with everyone sooner! Life's been crazy with baby snakes popping up left and right.

One of our female TRICOLOR hognoses had laid two clutches. :) the first batch, a group of 4, are expected around Christmas. The second was just discovered today and not expected until February.

We plan on selling everything that comes from these clutches, which brings a bonus fact, since tricolors are native to south America and not the north, they're perfectly legal to own and good alternative for those who lack the western hognose permit. 🥰

Time to refrigerate some of the bigger hogs!

Since we don't breed, there isn't too many pro's to this, but we do it hoping one day maybe the laws will change here in Illinois. And so I'd rather already have them on schedule :)

Vending for the first time in about a year feels good, even when we haven't sold anything. Just sharing my snakes with kids and helping people not be scared makes the trip out here worth it.

Another clutch in!

Wow, we're up to 5 clutches this year 😳 new record for us! This is the first time I've had to patch a leaky egg (bottom.) Mom had the eggs stacked a mile high so i was to pull them apart. I'm hopeful it'll do well and continue to develop.

Momma was a super sulfer het clown (or full). Sulfer completely takes control of the look of the animal, so without genetic testing we will never truely know which form of clown she has. Regardless, she's proven to have something. :)

She was bred to our Het Batman YB OD Butter male!

Babies have shed into their new clothes!!!

They've failed to eat the first meal I offered them, but we still have many more chances. I do not let them go until they've taken 4 consecutive meals.
