Hey everyone….. wherever you’re thinking of going this summer - please book your boarding dates in asap. Spaces are filling fast (with some dates/weeks already full) and I’m starting to get new client enquiries. Existing clients will get first pick of all 2025 school holiday dates till the end of April at which point I’ll need to open up the diary…

Weather forecast called for abundant sunshine today and abundant it was !! 🥰 so much so that we declared it the first sunbathing day of 2025 albeit for only an hour or so while the more sensible preferred indoor sunbathing🤣)

We’re so close to being Monday ready… 🤩 big thanks to Brett Gandy who usually works on classic cars for being my chief cutter and welder to get my Ford crates adapted for the smaller Vauxhall… you’re a true friend and legend - and super patient with girl measurement taking 🤣

I’ve been interviewing for new bookkeepers and it’s been a tough choice to find the best but I think I’ve whittled the list down to the finest candidates🤓 🥰. Apologies for the Xmas bubble delay but We’ll be getting dec invoices out asap

Update - Unfortunately we had to let 2 of our candidates go - Harry for eating all the stationary and Dennis for sunbathing on the job. 🌞 🖊️

And now you all know why it takes me so long to do my invoices 🤣

3 years !! It’s been an absolute pleasure to walk this little whirlwind. See you soon for boarding but We’ll miss you in the meantime 😘

It happens only once or twice a year so grab your daycare space while you can!! I have a space for 1 dog starting asap on Mondays and up to 2 dogs starting asap on Wednesdays. There may also be a possibility of 2 spaces on a Tuesday however someone has already expressed a bit of interest. #daycarespace Available exclusively to existing clients or those who were with Paws First Pets only this weekend and will be opened up to the public on Tuesday. To suit the location of my current dogs unfortunately I can’t serve Liphook on these days - ideally you’ll be located in Bordon, Whitehill, Lindford, Standford and Headley/Headley Down.

Beware what you teach your dog! We started to learn to speak a while back but in the process she discovered she likes the sound of her voice and now uses it to remind me that she is the centre of the universe and all attention must be hers at all times! 🤦‍♀️😜😝🤨🤔😩

Finally I find myself doing my dream job - spending the day with dogs, day in and day out! Before this, I spent 25 years in hospitality and while I never thought I would always work in hotels, I did find that it afforded me the wonderful ability to see the world while working!

I’ve done the crazy hours & climbed the corporate ladder & there was nothing for me there. I’m happiest hiking with my dogs & we are an almost perfect trio in my opinion - made better by our visiting dogs. Seeing the dogs run around like lunatics together makes my day. Only made better by snuggling up on the sofa after of course.
